Shipping policy

Everything ships from my studio in Tel Aviv. Prints and originals are packed by me, with care.

Processing time
Prints ship within 10 business days. Original works may take up to two weeks. I'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can change due to customs or carrier delays.

Packaging
Most prints ship rolled in a tube. Small prints, original works, and anything that can't be rolled ship flat, packed well.

Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT or customs fees depend on your country and are not included in the price. They are the buyer's responsibility, and I can't predict the amount, so please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Damaged or lost packages
If something arrives damaged, or your package seems lost, email me at contact@yonil.com with photos if relevant. We'll find a solution together.
