The Art Prints and Originals

What kind of prints do you sell?

Depends. I do screen prints, riso, letterpress and giclée. All high quality with details explained clearly on each product page so there are no surprises.

Are your prints archival?

Giclée prints are archival and made to last. Screen prints use water based inks and various high quality papers. In short, you can hang them without worrying they will fade before we all do.

Do the prints come framed?

No. Framing is personal and is on you. Prints arrive unframed unless it specifically says otherwise.

How are originals shipped?

Most of my original works are created on wood panels. They ship flat, padded, protected and looking like they have one job in life and it is to reach you safely.


Shipping

How long will it take for my order to leave the studio?

Some prints are made per order, especially open editions. I do my best to ship as fast as humanly possible. Please allow about a week from the moment you order until the package leaves the studio.

And once it is on its way?

Most orders arrive within 14 to 28 business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Different postal services have their own tempo. Tracking may stop updating once the package leaves the country. It is still traveling.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, to almost everywhere.

Customs and taxes

Customs fees, VAT or import taxes charged by your country are entirely your responsibility.

What happens if my package was returned because I did not pick it up?

It happens. If a package returns to me because it was not collected, reshipping is possible, but the shipping cost needs to be paid again.

Can I pick up my order in person?

If you are close enough and prefer to skip the mail, choose the pickup option at checkout and contact me to coordinate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. You can pay with a card, no account needed.

Is it safe to buy here?

Yes. Payments are processed securely and your info stays protected.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

I really want you to be happy with what you're getting. Returns or exchanges can be made within 21 business days as long as the item is in original condition.
Before sending anything back, please contact me so we can sort it out efficiently.
